Does it cool the whole room?
No — and we'd rather tell you that clearly before you buy. ZyBox is designed to cool your personal space (desk, nightstand, couch, office area) within about a 3-foot radius, not a whole room the way an air conditioner would.
Is it battery-powered or corded?
It connects via USB-C (5V/2A) to any power source: your laptop, a wall outlet with an adapter, a power bank, or a car charger. It doesn't have a built-in battery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 24-48 business hours, and estimated shipping is 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Is it loud?
No. It runs below 45 dB on most modes, similar to the background noise of a quiet room — you can use it while working, watching a show, or sleeping.
What if I'm not happy with it?
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it if it doesn't meet your expectations, as long as it's in its original condition. No hassle.
